Active Query Builder 2 ASP.NET Edition v.2.10.10

Below is the list of fixes and improvements in Active Query Builder 2 ASP.NET Edition v.2.10.10.

- The bug with unsorted items on tree levels higher than the value of
  DefaultExpandLevel property is fixed.
- The bug with non-collapsible metadata items in the tree is fixed.
- The bug with actions taken place after loosing of ASP session is fixed.
+ Query Statistics: New properties are added to the StatisticsOutputColumn
  class to ease determination of origin of a column in case it comes from
  derived table or CTE: OriginDatasource, OriginMetadataObject and
  OriginMetadataField.
= MS SQL Server: Parsing performance is improved.
- MS SQL: "COLLATE" reserved word after the column expression is allowed.
- Firebird: Generation of the FIRST and SKIP clauses by QueryTransformer
  is fixed.
