Active Query Builder Java Edition 1.7 is released.

We're glad to announce the new version of Active Query Builder Java Edition. You can evaluate the new version by requesting the trial. Customers can download the new version in the Customer's area.

What's new in the Active Query Builder Java Edition version 1.7?

  • The Query Builder now keeps layout of design pane objects after manual changes of the query text.
  • The new button is now shown at the right of the focused datasource on Design pane to allow easy adding of linked objects to the query. The feature is also available from the datasource context menu.
    The new ShowLinkedObjectsButton property is addeed.
  • Mixed-case alternate names now treated as mixed-case identifiers and quoted according to the server case sensitivity rules.
  • The new getters are added to the StatisticsOutputColumn class: getDataSource, getObjectNameInQuery, getColumnNameInQuery.
  • ANSI SQL/89, SQL/92 and SQL/2003 syntax providers: New setters are added to adjust to server capabilities: setSupportDatabases() and setSupportSchemas().
  • MS SQL Server: Table hints syntax is updated according to the SQL Server 2012.
  • Many SQL parsing fixes and improvements for Oracle, PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server are made.
  • Other minor improvements and bug fixes are made.
