Active Query Builder Upgrade Policy change

Active Query Builder components are sold based on a subscription model now. Active Query Builder Subscription provide you a 12 month window wherein all new subscribed product releases are available to you free of charge - be it a minor service update or a major new version.

In addition, when you subscribe, all your support inquiries will be given top priority. The Subscription will ensure you to receive answers from our support staff within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), to have your bug reports processed foremost, and your wishes and suggestions to be placed higher in our to-do list.

After the 12 month period and at your discretion, you can pay about 30% of original price to "renew" the Subscription and receive another 12 months of free updates. If you choose not to renew, you can continue using the last version you obtained or are eligible to use. The 12 month time frame is merely for new versions/updates and has no relevance to rights of use (as long as the EULA is not violated).

This Upgrade Policy change does not affect on existing customers as long as they don't want to take advantage of the new products and additional modules that included in Professional Subscription.

Testimonials

We have been using Active Query Builder for over a year and must say that both the product and support have been outstanding!

We chose Active Query Builder due to its flexibility and features, but have been truly pleased by its power and hidden capabilities. ...

In summary Active Query Builder provides excellent components, great support and a very flexible feature set. It has allowed us to provide features to our end users that I did not think would be possible in the first release of our new tools and in a timeframe that was much shorter than planned. I would recommend that anyone dealing with databases in the .Net world should be aware of this component and its capabilities!
