Active Query Builder 2 ASP.NET Edition v.2.8.1

= The Aggregate column is moved closer to the Grouping column. The Alias
  column becomes closer to the Expression column. This seems to be more
  logical than before.
- The bug with manual links creation is fixed.
- Minor fixes in MVC 4 samples are made.
