+ Oracle: Optimizer hints are supported now.
+ SqlTextEditor: The new events are added to allow overriding of default drag
  and drop behaviour: PreProcessDragOver, PreProcessDragDrop,
  PreProcessDragEnter, PreProcessQueryContinueDrag.
= The MetadataItem.Add* helpers automatically set the Loaded flag of the added
  object type to the item to prevent loading of the rest of items of this type.
= The MetadataStructureItem constructor does not require parent item now. 
  The Parent property should be set after setting of necessary properties.
