Active Query Builder WinForms Edition v.1.16.1.342

Below is the list of fixes and improvements in Active Query Builder WinForms Edition v.1.16.1.342.

+ Expression Editor: The new SQLBuilder property is added to define the query
  text formatter.
+ Expression Editor: The new ValidateContextMenu event is added to allow 
  customization of context menus.
+ The new properties were added for more customizable SQL query text formatting:
  PlainTextSQLBuilder.DynamicIndents: allows to indent the next item in the
  list to the same position as the first item;
  PlainTextSQLBuilder.DynamicRightMargin: instructs the component not to take
  into account leading spaces when counting line lenght to wrap;
  SQLBuilderFromClauseFormat: NewLineBeforeComma, NewLineAfterJoinExpression;
  SQLBuilderItemsListFormat (formats SELECT list, GROUP BY and ORDER BY items):
  NewLineBeforeComma;
= Default tab icons are refined.
