Active Query Builder History v.0.9.7.2

- Selecting columns using the keyboard (space) does not work. Fixed now.
- Unhandled exception in SQL92 syntax provider when querying nonexistent
  INFORMATION_SCHEMA is removed.
- Crash prevented in VB.NET after closing a form that contains a query builder
  object.
- Abandoned criteria list items after uncheking data source columns are removed.
= Now the installer does not install assemblies into the GAC.

Active Query Builder History v.0.9.7.0

+ Query parameters are fully implemented now (not available in Free version). 
  See the tabControl1_Selected event handler in the Visual sample project for
  details.
+ The New events are added to control adding of database objects to the query:
  DiagramObjectAdding and DiagramObjectAdded.
- Missing metadata objects are revealed.
- Parsing of SQL Server 2005 queries that contain "WITH" clause is fixed.
