Active Query Builder History v.1.3.7.66

+ The new UniversalMetadataProvider is added. This metadata provider may
operate with any valid Connection object, no matter what ADO.NET data provider
  you use.
Please note that this metadata provider is unable to retrieve metadata objects
from the connection, because implementation of DbConnection.GetSchema()
significantly differs for every ADO.NET data provider. Thus you need to use it
together with specific syntax providers that are able to retrieve metadata
objects via SQL queries. At the moment, UniversalMetadataProvider is operable
with DB2, Firebird, Informix, MSSQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL syntax providers
  only.
= DB2 syntax provider is improved for compatibility with AS/400 machines.
+ It's now possible to operate criteria list control rows with the keyboard:
  Alt-Up (move up), Alt-Down (move down), Alt-Delete (remove), Alt-Insert
  (insert empty row).
= Row headers column is added to the criteria list control.
- Orphaned union navbar buttons are eliminated.
- Criteria list control rows do not properly updated their status when moved up
  or down. Fixed now.

Testimonials

We have been using Active Query Builder for over a year and must say that both the product and support have been outstanding!

We chose Active Query Builder due to its flexibility and features, but have been truly pleased by its power and hidden capabilities. ...

In summary Active Query Builder provides excellent components, great support and a very flexible feature set. It has allowed us to provide features to our end users that I did not think would be possible in the first release of our new tools and in a timeframe that was much shorter than planned. I would recommend that anyone dealing with databases in the .Net world should be aware of this component and its capabilities!
