Active Query Builder History v.0.5.12

= jQuery is moved out from the lib.js. It is loaded from individual files now.
+ The new "LoadJQuery" key is added to the "appSettings" section of web.config 
  file. Setting it to "false" instructs the component not to load jQuery.

Active Query Builder History v.1.5.2.1106

+ The new properties were added for more customizable SQL query text formatting:
  PlainTextSqlBuilder.get/setDynamicIndents(): allows to indent the next item in 
  the list to the same position as the first item;
  PlainTextSqlBuilder.get/setDynamicRightMargin(): instructs the component not
  to take into account leading spaces when counting line lenght to wrap;
  SQLBuilderFromClauseFormat: get/setNewLineBeforeComma(),

  FROM clause: FromNewLineBeforeComma, FromNewLineBeforeJoinExpression;
  SELECT list, GROUP BY and ORDER BY items: SelectNewLineBeforeComma,
  GroupByNewLineBeforeComma, OrderByNewLineBeforeComma.
- A memory leak when loading join conditions enclosed in parentheses is fixed.
