+ jQuery is updated to the latest v.3.6.0.
+ In .NET Core it is possible to automatically initialize (and re-initialize 
  if needed because of the session expiration) the server-side QueryBuilder
  instance using the new internal instance factory handler.
+ The startApplication method can be replaced with the new 
  AQB.Web.UI.autoInit method to use new internal instance factory handler.
+ The new instance factory handler and autoInit method are used in all SPA demos 
  and in some JavaScript (client-side rendering) demos when reasonable.
