+ The new QueryBuilderControl.SleepModeChanged event is added.
- The bug on assigning invalid query to the SQLEditor1.SQL property is fixed.
  Now you can assign invalid or unsupported SQL query to the editor; 
- The bug with query generation for servers that do not support namespaces
  is fixed.

+ The RightToLeft layout is implemented for right-to-left languages.
  To use the RTL mode set RightToLeft and RightToLeftlayout properties.
= The Configuration Wizard is disabled temporarily.
- MetadataContainer's events were invisible in the form designer. Fixed now.
- GenericSyntaxProvider toolbox bitmap is fixed.
- Firebird: Missing constants CURRENT_USER, CURRENT_ROLE, CURRENT_TRANSACTION,
  CURRENT_CONNECTION are added.
- MySQL: The assign operator is supported.
- Oracle: The UNTIL and UPDATED keywords can be used as identifiers now.
- Oracle: The MODEL clause is fixed.
