Active Query Builder History v.2.1.0

! Breaking changes !
= MVC: Route is used instead of listing HTTP handlers in the 'web.config' file.
= QueryBuilderControl.HandlersPath property is removed. You can set custom
  URL for HTTP handler as parameter of the GetRoute method.
= Only one HTTP handler is used now.
