Active Query Builder History v.2.10.7

- Query column with an aggregate wasn't checked on Design Pane. Corrected now.
- The bug with ghost links appearing after switching to another union sub-
  query is fixed.
- Minor GUI fixes are made.

+ Query Column List Control now always displays the "Delete item" button.
+ MS SQL: Support for COLLATE clause for column expressions is made.
- Access Violation in the "Remove CTE" event handler is eliminated.
- Double firing of the OnSQLUpdated event is fixed.
= Non-zero default values are set for the ConnectionTimeout and 
  CommandTimeout properties of a new AQB instance.
= Localizer: CurrentLanguage property accepts -1 as "no language" value.
