Active Query Builder Java Edition v.1.0.6.1006

+ Now the user can edit Join expression manually via the Link Properties dialog.
+ DB2: support of CONCAT operator is added.
+ PostgreSQL: Support of INTO clause is added.
+ PostgreSQL, DB2, SQL2003: support of NULLS FIRST and NULLS LAST is added.
- PostgreSQL: bug in parsing of 'interval' type is fixed.
- Query builder was not loading the scale of table columns. Fixed now.
- Fixed bug with duplicated items in datasource field list.
