    By purchasing our component at the street price, you will receive Free Support for an indefinite period. Support is available through the Support Ticket System and Forum.

    The Premium Support Program is launched in 2007 to provide additional benefits to the experienced developers and software vendors.

  • Additional Benefits

    The Premium Support Program is developed at the requests of some of our current and potential customers who have their own support obligations to their end-users, so they have to be sure to receive answers from us in a timely manner. This program will ensure you to receive answers from our support staff within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), to have your bug reports processed foremost, and your wishes and suggestions to be placed higher in our to-do list.

  • Pricing

    The Priority Support Program fee is calculated as a percentage of the street price and depends on the number of years of PSP purchased at once.

  • Ordering

    You may order the Priority Support during the purchase of Active Query Builder as additional option. Being a registered customer, you may submit a request to purchase the Priority Support via our Support Center.
